Named after one of our beloved horses, Emmy Cottage is a self-contained studio-style cottage for two guests, thoughtfully arranged for comfort, relaxation and convenience.
Your cottage
Inside Emmy Cottage, you will find a comfortable queen bed, premium linens, a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening blinds, heating, an indoor fireplace and fans.
The kitchenette is equipped for breakfast, light lunches and evening snacks with a mini refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils and wine glasses.
Relax and unwind
Spend the morning with coffee on your private deck, explore the island during the day, then return to uncork a bottle of local wine and enjoy the quiet countryside beneath the stars.

Outdoor living
Emmy Cottage has its own outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, dining space and mountain views. During summer, enjoy the hammock, read a book or gather around the fire when seasonal restrictions allow.
Firewood is available locally. Judy will advise guests when a fire ban is in effect. The shared BBQ must be cleaned and covered after use.
A genuine farm experience
Meet the horses, listen for frogs in spring, watch migrating birds and keep an eye out for deer and other local wildlife. The property offers the atmosphere of a hobby farm without sacrificing cottage privacy.
